"Food is ok but service no. -- above was my original review it was because i think they forgot my order and had to follow up multiple times. However I think the manager was sensitive enough to notice that I am already a bit upset. When we are ready to bill out the manager came up and gave us dessert as complimentary for the extended wait time."

"Loved the cozy, vintage-minimalist vibe, super clean and relaxing. Must-try talaga yung OldTown White Coffee (smooth, creamy, not too strong). Food highlights: Kaya & Butter Toast (sweet-salty goodness), Hainanese Chicken Rice (tender & comforting), Mee Goreng Mamak (flavorful & loaded), Nasi Lemak Rendang (rich, umami, perfect with sambal), and Spicy Sardines Prata (flaky & tasty, no “malansa” taste). Drinks are also on point—Teh Tarik and Moccona Frost were so good! Definitely worth coming back."

However, the dining experience can be somewhat marred by an unfortunate acoustic issue. During my visit, the music being played within OldTown White Coffee was noticeably clashing with the general mall music. This created a rather disorienting and not-so-pleasant auditory experience, making it difficult to fully immerse oneself in the authentic ambiance they're clearly trying to create. It's a shame, as the vibrant decor, delicious food, and convenient charging stations deserve a more harmonious soundtrack. If you're looking for authentic Malaysian flavors and a place to recharge your devices, OldTown White Coffee is certainly worth a visit.
